Mr Anton Rosenberg, Chairman
As well as being IER's Chairman, Anton is the Managing Director of Claymore Capital Pty Limited, a boutique investment bank providing corporate advisory, capital raising and investment services in niche businesses. Through Claymore Capital, Anton has assisted both ASX-listed and unlisted companies with the entire process of project management and capital raising as both adviser and underwriter. Prior to establishing Claymore Capital, Anton had 15 years of diverse corporate experience, which included business advisory, corporate reconstructions, insolvency and audit work with Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young), and corporate advisory experience at stockbroking firms. Claymore and Anton have provided advisory and investment banking services to a number of different areas – resources, energy, technology, property development and agriculture. The types of services have included strategy, financial modelling, negotiation, syndication, debt funding and capital raising. |

Dr Len Humphreys, Chief Executive OfficerDr Len Humphreys was instrumental in the conception and development of IER’s Catalytic Hydrothermal Reactor ('Cat-HTR) Process, and is the inventor of a number of patents around the process. Len is a Chartered Chemist and is the former Director and Managing Director of several conventional and renewable energy and information technology companies; including the Australian Biodiesel Group, Novera Energy, a UK-based renewable energy company, and the ASX-listed IBA Health (now I-Soft), a healthcare IT software provider. Earlier in his career, Len held Managing Director and Regional President roles inside the European Invensys Group of companies. Invensys is one of the world's largest IT, process control and industrial process automation companies. Prior to joining Invensys, Len was a senior executive inside the Mannesmann Group, a German multinational company specialising in engineering, manufacturing and telecommunications; in particular, he was the CEO of the Hartmann and Braun Process Analytical Division (based in the UK). |

Mr Ian Ross, Executive DirectorIan has held senior management positions and directorships in privately held companies for over 25 years. Involvement in industries as diverse as metal manufacturing, transport, property development and a major fast food franchise has provided broad business experience. Immediately prior to joining IER, Ian was an Executive Director of Carbon Planet Australia, an Audit and Advisory business whose services prepared business for a carbon constrained economy. In one of Ian’s more entrepreneurial roles he was a founding Director of SafetyPin, an IT company that in 2001, using their proprietary IP, conducted the world’s first internet debit transaction. Ian was also a long serving Director of NSW Rugby until 2009 and played an integral role when the game changed from amateur to professional. He was awarded Life Membership of NSWSRU in 2009 and in 2000 was awarded the Australian Sports Medal for services to Rugby. |
Mr Will Jephcott, Non-Executive DirectorWill has over 25 years' experience in the corporate advisory and investment banking industries. His experience spans a broad range of sectors and types of corporate finance, both domestically and globally, including mergers and acquisitions advice and capital raisings. Will is currently the Vice Chairman of Roc Oil Company Limited and is a Special Advisor to Gresham's corporate advisory business. Will was also Vice Chairman, Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch (International) Australia and was a Principal of Centaurus Corporate Advisory Services. Will holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW, and is a fellow of the Australian Society of CPA's and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. |

Mr Larry Ciccarelli, Non-Executive DirectorLarry was the Executive Chairman and founder of GlobeStar Mining Corporation, previously a TSX-listed company, until its recent acquisition by Perilya Ltd (ASX: PEM). Globestar owned base and precious metal mining assets in the Dominican Republic. He founded Sarmin in 1997, which was a private natural resource corporation, prior to its acquisition by GlobeStar. Larry currently holds the position of Director and Company Secretary at Karr Securities Inc., a private investment firm, where he has worked since co-founding the company in 1989. He is also currently the Chairman of Karmin Exploration, a TSX-listed mining and exploration company with an interest in one of the largest undeveloped zinc projects in Brazil. Larry holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Western Ontario. He received an Ontario Business Achievement Award (OBAA) and the Ontario Global Traders Award (OGTA) from the Ontario Chamber of Commerce in 2009. In 2010, Larry was named an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year ("EOY") finalist, for his role as founder of GlobeStar Mining Corporation. |

Mr Jim Overton, Non-Executive DirectorJim is a private investor/partner in many industries, including energy, real estate, health fitness centers, hotels, banking and restaurants. Prior to his role at IER, Jim an investor and Vice President for Gastar, a publicly listed gas exploration company. Prior to his involvement in finance and real estate development, Jim was a Sports Executive. He spent 10 years as a Director of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League, where he oversaw all of the business administration and revenue generating aspects of the team, including broadcasting, sponsorships and stadium revenue. Prior to his work with the Buccaneers Jim helped establish the Outback Bowl, a New Year’s day college bowl game that has generated millions of dollars for the Tampa Bay area. He is currently a board member of the Moffitt Cancer Center, one of the largest and highest-rated cancer centres in North America. |
