CDP Construction Commences

Ignite Energy Resources Limited ('IER') is pleased to announce that it has commenced the construction of a Commercial Demonstration Plant ('CDP') of its Cat-HTR Process. Construction is taking place at IER's Somersby Engineering Facility, located on the Central Coast of New South Wales.

Background

Under a Memorandum of Understanding with TRUenergy, a major Australian energy provider, IER can locate the CDP at TRUenergy's Yallourn brown coal-fired power station in Victoria's Latrobe Valley. By assembling and continuously testing the CDP at Yallourn IER can save a number of years in the development timeline for its Cat-HTR Process.
