Syncrude Processing

Independent analysis has found that IER's synthetic crude oil ('syncrude') can be processed into an array of high-value fractions, including transportation fuels and valuable waxes, under near standard refinery conditions. The picture below shows the light fuel fractions, on the left, and heavy fractions (valuable waxes and chemicals), on the right, that can be distilled from IER's syncrude.
